It's been over two weeks since I took my AI-901 certification exam and I still haven't heard anything. Please, I need some information.

The exam is in beta. You are informed of this on the exam page.

You are informed before the exam starts that you will not get the results until after the exam exits the beta period. You are also informed after the exam that you will get your results two weeks after the exam goes live.

"When you complete a beta exam, you won’t receive a score immediately because the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized. This time reflects a comprehensive process including statistically analyzing results and data, evaluating the performance of each question and reading and evaluating all comments provided during the beta exam. Hello,

I successfully passed the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-901) exam on 21-Jun-2026 and received confirmation that I passed the exam. The exam is visible in my Passed Exams section.

Additionally, a colleague of mine passed the same exam a few days later and received the corresponding credential shortly after completing the exam. Based on this, I believe the exam results and credentials are being processed normally for other candidates.

However, more than two weeks have passed since I completed the exam, and the certification/credential is still not appearing in my Microsoft Learn profile or transcript.

I have already raised a support case with Microsoft and have been actively following up. The support case has been open for more than 10 days, but I have not yet received a resolution or a recent status update.

This issue is currently impacting several organization-related processes, as the official Microsoft credential/transcript is required for:

Internal certification registration

Skills and certification tracking

Certification reimbursement

At present, these activities are blocked because the credential is not visible in my transcript.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where an exam appears in the Passed Exams section, but the corresponding credential does not appear in the Learn profile or transcript?

Are there any additional steps I should take while the support case is being investigated?

For privacy reasons, I have not included my Candidate ID or support case number publicly, but I can provide them to Microsoft moderators via private message if required.

If a Microsoft moderator is available, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in reviewing this situation. If additional information is needed to investigate the issue, please let me know and I will be happy to provide it through a private channel.

Yes, I previously passed AI-900 (Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals) in 2023 and the certification is currently active in my profile.

The issue is related to AI-901, which I passed on 21-Jun-2026. The AI-901 exam appears in my Passed Exams section, however the corresponding credential/certification is not appearing in my Learn profile or transcript.

My existing AI-900 certification remains visible and active.

The AI-900 and AI-901 exams earn the same certification Azure AI Fundamentals. As you already had the certification, passing AI-901 doesn't add a new certification or update the existing certification

My understanding was that passing AI-901 would generate a separate credential entry or transcript record. Based on your explanation, it sounds like AI-901 is recorded as a passed exam but does not create a new certification when Azure AI Fundamentals is already active.

Could you please confirm whether the AI-901 pass result should appear anywhere in the transcript besides the Passed Exams section, or whether the Passed Exams entry itself is the expected outcome?

AI-901 is a beta exam. For beta exams, results are not provided within the usual 24 hours. Instead, results are released only after the beta period ends and the exam goes live.

For beta exams:

Results are held until the exam completes the beta process and is published as a live exam.
Candidates typically receive their results about two weeks after the exam exits beta, not two weeks after the exam date.
Until the rescore process is complete, the system may not show pass/fail status.

If more than two weeks have passed since AI-901 moved from beta to live and there are still no results in the Learn profile, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with exam scoring and missing results.
