Dear Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I am writing on behalf of many Microsoft Rewards users in India who have been facing the same issue for several months.

Since around March 2026, many popular gift cards have remained unavailable and continuously show as "Out of Stock" or "Restocking Soon." Users regularly earn points through Microsoft Rewards, but there are very limited options to redeem those points for rewards they actually want.

We respectfully request Microsoft to urgently add and restock the following rewards in the India catalog:

• Amazon Pay Gift Cards • Flipkart Gift Cards • Roblox Gift Cards • Overwatch 2 Gift Cards / Overwatch Coins

These rewards are highly demanded by Indian users and would significantly improve the Microsoft Rewards experience in the region.

Many users have accumulated large numbers of points and are waiting for meaningful redemption options. The lack of availability for such a long period has created frustration within the Microsoft Rewards community in India.

We kindly ask Microsoft to:

  1. Restock popular gift cards as soon as possible.
  2. Provide an estimated timeline for availability.
  3. Improve reward options for Indian users.
  4. Communicate more transparently regarding reward shortages and restocking plans.

We value the Microsoft Rewards program and hope that user feedback from India will be taken into consideration. We look forward to a positive response and improvements to the rewards catalog.

Thank you for your time and support.

Sincerely,

Microsoft Rewards Users from India

    Hi Durga Kumari,

If a reward is currently unavailable, it means the redemption codes are out of stock. At this time, there is no exact timeframe for replenishment, as restocks are not usually announced in advance. Please know that the rewards team is doing their best to make it available again as soon as possible, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your patience and understanding, as staying informed helps set the right expectations.

One common reason for this is high demand. These rewards typically require a lower number of points, making them among the most frequently redeemed options, which causes them to run out quickly. Choosing alternative rewards when available can help you make the most of your points without delay.

Another factor is limited inventory. Only a certain number of these rewards are released within a given period, and once that quota is reached, the reward will be marked out of stock until it is replenished. Checking back periodically is often the best approach, as availability can change without notice.

Lastly, availability may vary by region. Some regions experience higher demand or receive a smaller allocation, which can also result in the out-of-stock message during redemption. Keeping regional differences in mind can help avoid unnecessary disappointment.
