Microsoft certifications and badges are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn rather than Credly.
For a missing badge after passing an exam:
- Verify the certification appears in the Microsoft Learn profile:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
- Go to the profile → Credentials → Certifications and confirm the AI-900 certification is listed.
- If the certification is visible but the badge is not in any external platform, manage and share it from Microsoft Learn instead of Credly, as Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications.
- If the certification itself is missing or anything looks incorrect, follow the missing-certification guidance:
- Confirm the correct Learn profile and login account are being used (for example, no duplicate profiles or different email addresses).
- If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and reissue or correct the credential.
For contacting support, use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel described in the context; this team handles issues such as missing certifications and badges and can investigate account-specific problems.
