i have outlook 13 account and want it on my new laptop. HOW DO I DO THIS

To use Outlook on the new laptop, install Outlook (Microsoft 365/Office) there and then add the email account.

1. Install Outlook on the new laptop
   • If there is a Microsoft 365 or Office subscription, install Office/Outlook on the new laptop using the account the subscription is tied to. (If help is needed with installation, see the guidance in the referenced article.)
   • If classic Outlook is not available on the new PC, classic Outlook for Windows can also be installed from the Microsoft Store or via the language-specific download links in the referenced article.
2. Add the email account in Outlook on the new laptop
   • Open Outlook on the new laptop.
   • Go to File > Account info (or View > View settings in new Outlook) and choose Accounts > Your accounts.
   • Under Email accounts, select Add Account.
   • Enter the same email address that is used in Outlook on the desktop and select Continue.
   • When prompted, enter the account password and complete sign-in.
   • The mailbox will sync from the email server to the new laptop.

If the new Outlook for Windows app is used instead of classic Outlook, follow the same “Add Account” steps described above.
