Hi, I have attended Automation in a Day - Koenig Solutions - United Kingdom course on On Friday 28th. I can not see this on my profile. I did fill in attendance link sent at the beginning of the course.

Where should I look for certificate?

Instructor-led or self-paced courses on Microsoft Learn do not provide downloadable course completion certificates. Instead, completion is recognized with digital badges and trophies for Learn modules and learning paths. If the “Automation in a Day – Koenig Solutions – United Kingdom” session was delivered by a Learning Partner, any separate attendance or completion certificate would be issued and managed by that Learning Partner, not by Microsoft Learn.

    To proceed:

    1. Check the Learning Partner’s communication (Koenig Solutions) for any instructions or links related to certificates.
    2. If nothing is available, contact the Learning Partner directly and ask whether they issue certificates for that course and how to obtain one.

On Microsoft Learn, only role-based or fundamentals certifications earned by passing an official exam appear under the Certifications area of the profile. Course attendance alone does not create a Microsoft certification or a downloadable certificate there.
