Si el análisis detectara algún malware en su PC, vería una notificación emergente después de reiniciar el equipo y también una notificación en Defender. Si no ve ninguna notificación nueva, significa que el análisis no detectó ningún malware en su PC.

Microsoft Defender already detected Troyano:Win32/WinLNK.HGD!MTB and shows it as blocked/removed, so the immediate threat is mitigated. To increase confidence that the system is clean and to address the concern about offline scan, follow these steps:

    1. Verify what Defender did with the threat
      • Open Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
      • Select Protection history and look for the entries related to Troyano:Win32/WinLNK.HGD!MTB.
      • If the status is Threat blocked or Threat quarantined and then Removed, Defender has already neutralized it.
      • If any item is still only Quarantined, select it and choose Remove so it is deleted from the device.
    2. Ensure Defender is fully updated and protection features are on
      • In Virus & threat protection, under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.
      • Confirm Cloud-delivered protection and Automatic sample submission are On. These features improve detection of new or rare malware.
      • Still in Virus & threat protection, under Virus & threat protection updates, select Check for updates, then under Threat definitions select Check for updates so the latest signatures are installed.
    3. Run another full scan
      • After updating, run a Full scan from Virus & threat protection.
      • Wait for it to complete and confirm no new detections appear in Protection history.
    4. Use Microsoft Defender Offline when it does run If the offline scan can be started later, use it to check for hidden components that might reinstall the trojan:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
      • Under Current threats, select Scan options.
      • Select Windows Defender Offline scan and then Scan now. The PC will restart and run an offline scan before Windows loads.
    5. If malware keeps coming back
      • If Defender detects the same trojan again after restarts, this can indicate a hidden component that reinstalls it.
      • In that case, run Microsoft Defender Offline as above once it works, because offline scanning is specifically recommended for recurring infections.

If the offline scan option still does not execute but repeated updated full scans show no detections and Protection history only shows past threats as blocked/removed, the infection is already remediated according to Defender’s records.

La mejor opción para asegurarte de que tu PC esté libre de malware es descargar Microsoft Safety Scanner y realizar un análisis completo.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/es-es/defender-endpoint/safety-scanner-download

Durante el análisis, ignora cualquier archivo que aparezca en la lista. Si al finalizar el análisis no se detectó malware, tu PC estará segura y libre de malware.
