The files on my computer cannot be transferred to my iPhone

将电脑上的文件或文件分享到我的iPhone时，总是出现请检查onedrive存储的字样，尽管我没有下载它，后来我下载并检查了，发现它并没有使用过，内存为初始的5GB，我要传送的文件大小为1.6GB，不知道什么地方出错了。Whenever I try to share files or documents from my computer to my iPhone, a message always appears saying 'Please check OneDrive storage,' even though I haven't downloaded it. Later, I downloaded and checked it, and found that it hasn't been used, with the storage still at the initial 5GB. The file I want to transfer is 1.6GB, and I don't know where the problem is.

First of All, I want to verify that (Transfer Process) is working normal.

Test: Create a random file and try to transfer it from your Windows to IOS (if Success: issue most probably with the OneDrive-file not with OS-level-settings.

(if Failed: let me know with error message or logs from Event Viewer)

If the File on OneDrive:

We need to make sure it's fully downloaded on your Machine and enough space it available,
So, try this (Right Click on that file --> Always keep on this device)

We need to make sure it have the (Check mark) icon before transfer.

Best Option to Transfer your file:

Use Direct Cable (& iTune App for Windows)
Connect iPhone -- >Open iTunes --> File Sharing --> Drag the file into a compatible app

Use Wi-Fi Transfer Apps
Third-party apps

Cloud
If the file already on your (OneDrive), you can open the website from your iPhone and download it locally.
