My hotmail stopped receiving emails

If not what Outlook Client are you using?

2 -- What happens if you send a new email to youself?

I tried the global contact numbers and got nobody

3 -- Phone support is only for paid MS 365 Subscriptions. For a personal account you can only use Chat.
