I have a Dell computer bought refurbished from Amazon.com. It says it has Windows 11 on it, yet it also says it does not meet the system requirements to use Windows 11. How do I resolve this issue? Does this mean some functionality will be affected?

    This may just be a BIOS problem, if not, some sellers on Amazon install Windows 11 on unsupported device hardware, I need to check your hardware to provide you with a solution.
