Can't reset user password due to error

I have received this error for 3 days now ... This error We're sorry, we're not able to reset this user's password right now. This may be due to temporary issues on our end. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
What can be done regarding this error?

Do you have another way to investigate and assist me more effectively - e.g. screen sharing / online meeting?
