Hey there! I've been searching everywhere for a way to submit my order ticket and I couldn't find it. I apologise in advance.

So, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 is available for pre order in xbox store. The first two hours I had the option to pre order the Vault Edition with the loyalty discount 10% off. Several hours later and this discount is gone from my account.

Before you ask I'm eligible. I own many CoD games and all of them are in the same account as this one. I don't want to spend more than a 100€. I know it seems like an insufficient number but you know, time are hard.

Since 2022 I pre-ordered all of the call of duty vault edition except for modern warfare 3 but I had still got the vault edition for that game too just not pre-ordered, somehow I still don’t got the loyal discount for the modern warfare 4 vault edition

When I went to look at pre ordering Modern Warfare 4, the loyalty bonus I had was suddenly gone even though it was there for 2 days. I've bought MW2 and MW3 so I should definitely have and I'm not sure why it's gone now. Anyone know how to fix it??

Loyalty discounts, promotional pricing, and special offers in the Microsoft Store (including Xbox Store) are time‑limited and can change or disappear without notice. Once a promotion ends or the eligibility window closes, the discounted price no longer appears and the game shows at full price, even if it was visible earlier.

When a discount disappears like this, the only supported options are:

Verify the current price and promotion
- Open the game’s page again in the Microsoft Store on Xbox and confirm whether any promotion is still listed.
- If no discount is shown, the promotion is no longer active or no longer applies to the account.
Check Microsoft Store order history
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/orders and confirm that no discounted pre‑order was successfully placed earlier.
- If there is no order entry, the pre‑order at the discounted price was not completed.
Contact Xbox/Microsoft Store support
- For billing, pricing, or promotion issues (including missing discounts), the only way to request investigation or an adjustment is through official support.
- Use the Microsoft Store & billing help entry point and then follow the Xbox or Microsoft Store purchase support path to reach an agent who can review the account and the specific promotion details.

If support confirms that the promotion has ended or is not applicable, the game can only be purchased at the current listed price.
