Apologies for the inconvenience caused and sorry to hear the data loss occurred.
I understand your concern and would like to let you know that when the Sway file is suddenly deleted and you cannot manage to find those content via Recycle bin.
So, I would like to suggest you to immediately contact the IT admin of your Office 365 organization and request them to create a new service request from the Office 365 admin center, so that related development team will check whether the deleted Sway file can be restored (because completely deleted data may only be recoverable for a limited period of time after the deletion occurs).
Note: Please don’t delay and create a new service request from the Office 365 Admin Center so that the team can try to restore the missing content.
