I upgraded to 25H2 using KB5054156 on January 1st. After deleting the scanfile, installing KB5054156 again resulted in an error message saying the update was not compatible with my computer, indicating it had already been installed. Why does it still automatically recreate the scanfile? After deleting the scanfile, Windows Update scans for updates again, but the system doesn't immediately recreate it automatically. Why?

The KB5054156 enablement package update can only be used to perform a quick upgrade to version 25H2, and if 25H2 is currently installed on your PC, you cannot use that update package again, and there is no need to use it again.
