There are tasks assigned to me for various projects which are not visible when trying to view using  - https://planner.cloud.microsoft/webui/mytasks/all/view/

These tasks are created in Project Plan using MS Planner which is based on central environment with Microsoft Project Accelerator environment.

Can you advise issue resolution?

Dear @Rajendra Aswale,

I hope you’re having a good day.

Thank you for your question and for sharing the context so clearly.

Based on your description, your tasks are currently being created in a central Project Accelerator environment, which is typically a custom (non-default) Project/Dataverse environment. This is an important detail because, according to Microsoft documentation, only tasks created in the default Project (Project for the web) environment are synchronized and displayed in the “Assigned to me” / My Tasks view in Planner.

From my own testing while reviewing similar scenarios, I observed the same behavior: tasks created and assigned within a custom (Accelerator-style) environment are visible and correctly assigned inside the project itself, but they do not appear under Planner “My Tasks”. However, when I created and assigned a task from a standard Planner or default Project plan, it appeared in “My Tasks” almost immediately. This confirms that the difference is not related to permissions or sync delay, but to how the environment is integrated with Planner.

If your current goal is to have tasks appear in Planner > My Tasks so that users can track their personal workload centrally, then the practical approach is to create or manage those tasks in a default Planner or Project (Planner-native) plan rather than through the Accelerator-based setup. Tasks created in that default environment are part of the supported synchronization pipeline and will therefore show up in My Tasks.

From a usage perspective, you may find that using Planner-native plans for personal task tracking can make it easier for users to follow their assigned work in one place, as “My Tasks” is specifically designed to aggregate tasks from supported sources automatically.

I hope this helps clarify why the behavior occurs and how you can achieve the outcome you’re looking for. If you have any further questions or need help verifying your setup, please feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to assist.

Thank you again, and I wish you a great day.

Warm regards,
