Yes, you are safe from that specific threat because a status of threat blocked means Microsoft Defender detects the virus and blocks it from your system. To make sure whether the virus has been deleted/removed, you can click Actions and select Remove to permanently delete it.

Additionally, you can run a Microsoft Defender Offline Scan to be sure to handle the virus completely.
