Is this only happening on a specific website? If so, try clearing that site's cookies to see if it helps. Go to Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data > search for the website, expand it, then delete all cookies related to that site. After that, check if the videos play normally again.
If the issue still happens, could you let me know which website is affected? Also, have you tested whether the same issue occurs in another browser?
