Vuelve a intentarlo. No se donde ver mas información de cual es el problema.

The error in Copilot Studio when connecting the WhatsApp number is generic. Troubleshooting must focus on the Azure Communication Services (ACS) WhatsApp channel and its status, because Copilot Studio can only bind to numbers that are correctly registered and in a supported state.

Use these checks and corrective actions:

    1. Confirm WhatsApp channel status in ACS
      1. In the Azure portal, open the ACS resource.
      2. Go to Telephony and messagingChannels → select the WhatsApp channel.
      3. Verify that the Status of the WhatsApp account/number is Active. Copilot Studio can only use numbers whose status is Active.
      4. If the status is one of the following, follow the corresponding action:
        • Revoked – The account was unshared or deleted on the WhatsApp side. Disconnect it in Azure and redo the registration, or fully disconnect it if it is no longer needed.
        • Disconnected – The account was disconnected from Azure. Redo the registration by disconnecting and reconnecting the account; if you want a complete disconnection, also unshare/delete it in the WhatsApp Manager portal.
        • Phone number deleted – The number was deleted on the WhatsApp side. Disconnect in Azure and reconnect after re‑adding the same phone number in WhatsApp Business.
        • Business account review rejected – The business account was disabled by WhatsApp. Check the details in the WhatsApp Manager portal and request a review if the rejection is incorrect.
        • Display name review not started – This does not block initial use, but limits volume until review is complete.
    2. Reconnect the WhatsApp Business account if needed If the status is anything other than Active, or if the number was recently changed in Meta:
      1. In the ACS Channels blade, select the WhatsApp channel and choose Disconnect.
      2. In the WhatsApp Manager portal, ensure the same business account and phone number are configured and not deleted or unshared.
      3. Back in ACS, reconnect the WhatsApp Business account to the ACS resource and complete the registration flow again.
      4. After the channel shows Active, return to Copilot Studio and repeat the WhatsApp deployment wizard (select subscription → ACS resource → phone number → Deploy).
    3. Verify all WhatsApp prerequisites are satisfied Before retrying from Copilot Studio, ensure all prerequisites for using WhatsApp with ACS and Copilot Studio are met, including:
      • A correctly registered WhatsApp Business account and phone number.
      • The WhatsApp Business account successfully connected as a channel in the ACS resource.
      • The phone number is not in a deleted, revoked, or disconnected state.

Once the ACS WhatsApp channel shows the number as Active and correctly connected, Copilot Studio should be able to complete the deployment and show the QR code for testing.
