Just one detail: Version F16a is a test version, so install version F15 first. If the problem persists, then install version F16a.
After updating the BIOS, download the latest Chipset driver from the link below and install it.

(Extract the ZIP file, and double-click the file mb_driver_665_infupdate_10.1.19899.8597 to run it. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)
Then, restart (not shutdown) your PC and see if the system will work stably.
