When I select the Copilot License Troubleshooter it launches a blank page. What link do I use to get to Copilot License Troubleshooter?

For Copilot-related entitlement or license issues, run the Copilot license troubleshooter in the Get Help app and then use the contact options if the problem persists:

Open Get Help.
Search for Copilot License Troubleshooter.

On Mac, some alternatives you can try are:

Refresh License from an Office app
Sign out and sign back in with the licensed account
Reset credentials in Keychain
Run the Office license removal tool for Mac to reset the license state and reactivate

Thank you for offering help, Norah-L. I've tried signing out and back in. I've cleared browser cache. Logged in via a different browser. I tried the specific Copilot Troubleshooter and it also brought up a blank page. I was able to get live Microsoft technical support but that person did not have the ability to reset entitlement. Although he did acknowledge this is a known Copilot Tasks entitlement bug and requires a backend reset.

The message “You’ve reached your weekly Tasks limit. Check back Friday for more Tasks” usually indicates your Copilot Tasks feature is recognized, but the system believes the weekly usage limit has been reached.

I was able to get live Microsoft technical support but that person did not have the ability to reset entitlement. Although he did acknowledge this is a known Copilot Tasks entitlement bug and requires a backend reset.

However, if you’ve already reached out to Microsoft Support and they confirmed this is a known Copilot Tasks entitlement issue, then the next step would be to follow up with them for the backend reset to be completed.

Since this is a user‑to‑user community forum, we can only share suggestions based on our experience, and we also don’t have access to backend systems or the ability to reset entitlements from here.

If the issue continues for a while, it might be worth contacting support again and asking if they can escalate the case to the appropriate technical team, so they can take a closer look and guide you further.
