Lost access to Microsoft Authenticator after phone reset — unable to login in account

Hello,

I recently reset my phone due to some problem, but I forgot to transfer my Microsoft Authenticator data before resetting.

I am using tenants ID and I am the only admin now but I lost access to Microsoft Authenticator due to phone reset and there are no other admins in tenant.

Only options are getting to approve in Authenticator app due to that unable to login.

Could you please help me to reset the MFA settings?
