To cancel a Visio Plan 2 subscription for home use, cancel the underlying Microsoft subscription associated with it.

Follow these steps:

Go to the Subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Visio Plan 2.
Locate the Visio Plan 2 (or the corresponding Microsoft subscription entry) in the list of services.
Select Manage.
On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
Follow the on-screen steps to complete cancellation.

If the subscription was purchased through a third-party retailer (for example, Google Play, Apple App Store, or another reseller), contact that retailer’s customer support to cancel and request any refund, as Microsoft cannot cancel those directly.

For refund eligibility:

After canceling, check refund options using the guidance in the refund article. Not all cancellations result in a refund, and prorated refunds depend on country and subscription terms.

If the Visio Plan 2 subscription is part of a Microsoft 365 for business tenant and managed by an admin, the admin must cancel it in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

Go to https://admin.microsoft.com and sign in with an admin account.
Navigate to Billing > Your products.
Select the Visio Plan 2 subscription.
In Billing settings, choose Cancel subscription, then select whether to cancel now or at the next renewal.

Option 1: If your subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the subscription > Services & subscriptions
Locate your Visio Plan 2 subscription and select Manage.
Select Cancel (in some cases, the option may appear as Upgrade or Cancel), then follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.
To check whether your charge may be refunded, ensure that the subscription must be canceled first. Refund eligibility is assessed during the cancellation process, and not all cancellations result in a refund. Eligibility depends on factors such as the timing of cancellation, the subscription type, and the country/region of purchase.
If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage or Cancel, that generally means the subscription is already set to expire and you should not be charged again after the expiration date shown.
