Is it possible to get a downloadable version of the Azure AI Face API Recognition Limited Access Review form so that we can correctly prepare the answers to the questions.

    Currently, the Azure AI Face Recognition Limited Access Review form is only available through the online submission portal:

    https://aka.ms/facerecognition

    At this time, Microsoft does not provide an official downloadable Word or PDF version of the intake/review form.

    The review process is designed to be completed directly through the online workflow so that the latest compliance and policy questions are always presented, acknowledgments remain current, and responses are captured in the required backend review format.

    If you would like to prepare your responses offline before submission, you may use one of the following workarounds:

    • Open the form in your browser and use “Print → Save as PDF”

    • Copy the questions from the web form into a local document (Word, OneNote, etc.) and draft responses internally before completing the online submission

    Please note that some sections/questions in the form may dynamically change based on earlier selections, so an exported copy may not always contain every possible question shown during the actual submission process.
