Hello,

I completed the learning activities successfully.

However, when I try to open the event submission page, it does not load correctly for me.

Could someone please check if the page is currently working?

Thank you.

The event submission page itself cannot be checked here, but similar issues with Microsoft Learn or event-related pages are typically resolved with these steps:

    1. Confirm browser support and version
      • Use a supported, up-to-date browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox.
      • If already using one, ensure it is updated to the latest version.
    2. Hard-refresh and retry
      • Reload the page with a hard refresh:
        • Windows: Shift + F5
        • macOS: Command + R
      • If that fails, copy the submission page URL and paste it into a new browser window.
    3. Clear cache/cookies or try private mode
      • Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again.
      • Alternatively, open an InPrivate/Incognito window and open the submission page there.
    4. Check cookies, pop-ups, and third-party cookies
      • Ensure cookies are allowed for the event/learning site.
      • Allow pop-ups for the site if prompted.
      • If third-party cookies are blocked, temporarily allow them and retry.
    5. Try a different browser or device
      • If the page still does not load correctly, try another supported browser or a different device and network.
    6. Contact official support
      • If the page continues to fail to load after the above steps, report the issue through the appropriate Microsoft Learn or credentials support channel listed in the event or challenge documentation, or via the general troubleshooting/support entry points provided for Learn experiences.
