Unable to submit AI Viksit Bharat entry - AADSTS50020 error

Hello,

I completed the AI Skills Yatra learning modules successfully and earned multiple Microsoft Learn badges. I also generated my “AI Viksit Bharat” image using Copilot.

However, when I try to access the submission/upload page, I receive this error:

AADSTS50020: User account from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application 'Office 365 SharePoint Online'.

I am using a personal Outlook account and can access Microsoft Learn, badges, and Copilot normally.

Is this a known issue? Is there any alternative method to submit the AI Viksit Bharat entry?
