i cant play minecraft i buyed it and in 1 month acount deleted when i try log in to xbox it load random gmail i cant log in

Follow these steps to get back into Minecraft and Xbox on Windows 10:

1. Confirm the correct Microsoft account
   • Minecraft Java/Bedrock and Xbox use a Microsoft account, not just any Gmail.
   • Check all email inboxes (including spam) for old Microsoft receipts for Minecraft or Xbox purchases. This shows which email is the correct Microsoft account for the game.
   • If there are multiple addresses with the same name (for example, .com and .co.uk), make sure the domain is exactly the same when signing in.

2. If the problem is wrong or “random” email when signing in
   • On the Xbox app or Minecraft Launcher sign-in screen, sign out completely.
   • When signing in again, choose “Use a different account” and type the correct Microsoft email (from step 1) and password.
   • If the sign-in screen shows both a “Work or school” and “Personal” account with the same email, always pick the Personal account for Minecraft/Xbox. See: Which account do you want to use?.
3. If the password is wrong or forgotten
   • Use the official password reset: Reset your password.

If none of these steps work and the correct account truly no longer exists or cannot be recovered, the Minecraft license tied to that account cannot be used, and a new purchase on a new Microsoft account would be required.
