How do I permanently set my screen? It keeps reverting back to another picture.

    Hi,

    If that doesn't work, check if you have any school or work accounts configured in Start Menu > Settings > Accounts > Work & School Access > check if you have an account configured.

    Probably one of the accounts has policies being applied, causing the wallpaper to change.

    Or

    You can use a third-party app to set it as Lively Wallpaper.

    It seems you've Windows Spotlight enabled.

    Go to Settings > Personalization > Background and set it to Picture instead.
