Do not post personal email addresses or phone numbers publicly. Remove them from any forum post to protect privacy.

To confirm the AI-900 exam booking and deal with the missing confirmation email, follow these steps:

    1. Verify the exam appointment in Microsoft Learn
    2. Check email issues on the mailbox side
      • Make sure the confirmation email is not in Junk/Spam, Deleted Items, Archive, or other folders.
      • If using Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, also check:
        • Focused/Other tabs (the message may be in Other).
        • Rules and Sweep rules that might have moved or deleted the message.
        • Blocked senders list and junk settings.
    3. If the exam time has passed and sign-in failed
      • If the exam cannot be taken at the scheduled time (for example, because sign-in details from the email were not available), contact the exam delivery provider’s support (Pearson VUE or Certiport, depending on where the booking was made) and explain the situation.
      • If the exam was scheduled through Microsoft Learn, also contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help with the booking and options for rescheduling or re-taking: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
    4. For future exams
      • Always confirm the booking in the Learn profile (step 1) as soon as the exam is scheduled.
      • Keep a copy of the appointment details (date, time, provider, and confirmation/registration ID) outside of email in case the message goes missing.
