Hello Support team

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out regarding an issue with my certification records. I recently passed the SC100 certification exam on May 18th, but unfortunately, it isn’t appearing in my personal account(@gmail.com). My SC300 certification is visible, so I know the process usually works; however, the SC100 is only showing up in my corporate account, and I received the exam results at my corporate email address(@usac.org).

Could you please look into this and help ensure that my SC100 certification gets added to my personal account? I’d greatly appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your support, and please let me know if you need any additional information from me.

Thanks

Yamini

SC100 and SC300 are associated with different Microsoft Learn profiles because they were earned under different login accounts (personal vs. corporate). To have SC100 appear with SC300 in a single profile, the Learn profiles need to be linked/merged and, if still missing, certification support should be contacted.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Confirm which profile has which exam
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the personal Gmail account and open the Certifications tab to confirm SC300 is visible.
      • Sign out, then sign in with the corporate account and confirm SC100 appears there.
    2. Link and merge the two Learn profiles
    3. If SC100 still does not appear after merging
      • Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support request about the missing certification and specify that the exam appears under the corporate profile but not under the merged/personal profile: Microsoft Credentials Support.
    4. If the certification is still missing from the unified profile
      • Use the dedicated certification support channel for exam and certification issues and delays: contact us.

These steps align with the standard process for missing or split certifications across multiple Learn profiles.
