Azure startup credits from Microsoft for Startups are applied as an Azure sponsorship to a specific Azure subscription and billing profile, not directly to the Microsoft account itself.

From the screenshots, the credit redemption flow has been completed ("Your credit is already redeemed"), but the credits might not yet be visible in the Azure portal. According to the program documentation:

    1. After activating the Azure sponsorship in the Microsoft for Startups portal (using Activate Azure / Redeem Azure and completing Azure sign-up), credits can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Azure portal.
    2. Credits are attached to the startup’s Azure subscription/billing profile. Only users with access to that subscription or billing profile can see and use them.

Given that more than 24 hours have passed:

    1. Confirm that the correct Azure account and directory are being used:
      • Sign in to the Azure portal with the same Microsoft account that was linked during activation.
      • Ensure the correct directory/subscription is selected in the portal.
    2. If the startup has multiple team members, verify that the account being used has been granted access to the startup’s Azure subscription. Azure credits are tied to the subscription; team members don’t automatically see them until they’re added with an appropriate role.
    3. If credits still don’t appear, open a billing/support request from the Azure portal so support can check the sponsorship and billing profile and correct any activation or assignment issues.
