To speak with a support person about Microsoft Publisher (for home use), use one of these options:
- Use Microsoft Office Support online
- Go to the Microsoft Office Support home page: https://support.office.com/
- At the bottom of the page, select a support option (such as chat or call back).
- When prompted to choose a product, select Publisher (or Microsoft 365 & Office) and follow the on-screen steps to connect to a support agent.
- Use the Publisher Help Center
- Go to the Publisher Help Center: https://support.microsoft.com/publisher
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us.
- Describe the issue and choose Contact Support if prompted.
- Select chat or request a call back from a support expert.
- Use the general Microsoft 365 customer support entry point (home products)
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support page for home products.
- Select Chat or receive a call back from a technical support expert.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the Publisher/Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Choose the appropriate product (Publisher/Microsoft 365) and follow the prompts to reach a live agent.
If a phone number is required, use the customer service phone numbers page referenced in the Microsoft Q&A answers, then follow the prompts for Microsoft 365/Office and Publisher. For personal (home) accounts, phone support may be limited and chat/call-back via the web is the primary method.
