There are two main places to see remaining/used Copilot credits, depending on which Copilot experience is in use.
- For Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat (pay-as-you-go)
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center → Reports → Usage → Microsoft 365 Copilot → Credits.
- The Credits used metric shows total credits used by users without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license who are interacting with metered agents in Copilot Chat for the selected period (7 or 30 days).
- The report also shows:
- Cumulative and daily usage
- Usage per user, per agent, per billing policy, and per agent–user pair
- Alerts appear if users consume more than 2,000 or 3,000 credits in the last 30 days, helping identify heavy usage and manage remaining budget.
- For Copilot Studio agents and bundled Copilot Studio credits There are two views: per agent and tenant-wide.
a) Per agent (Copilot Studio)
- In Copilot Studio, open the agent and go to Analytics → See billing.
- Use the Copilot Credits consumption section:
- Overview shows total billed Copilot Credits for the selected time period.
- Billing trend shows how many credits were consumed over time.
- Cost distribution shows which activities are consuming credits.
- Monthly Credit limit shows a stacked bar of credits Used vs Remaining for the current calendar month. Hover over the bar to see exact numbers of used and remaining credits.
b) Tenant-wide / per environment (Power Platform admin center)
- Sign in to the Power Platform admin center → Licensing → Copilot Studio.
- On the Summary tab:
- Capacity summary shows daily consumption and helps with budgeting.
- Pay-as-you-go credits shows month-to-date Copilot Studio credits billed to pay-as-you-go plans.
- Prepaid capacity shows how many prepaid Copilot credit units were purchased, assigned, and consumed.
- On the Copilot credit capacity tab (per environment):
- Capacity consumption by product shows credits consumed by product (including Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat if applicable).
- Copilot credit consumption details lists agents and how many credits they have consumed (billed vs nonbillable).
- For Copilot Studio credits bundled with Dynamics 365 Sales
- Each user gets a monthly allocation of Copilot Studio credits that resets every month.
- To track usage of these bundled credits, use the Power Platform admin center as above (Licensing → Copilot Studio), and review capacity and consumption for the Dynamics 365 Sales environment.
In all admin views, “remaining” credits are inferred from:
- Monthly Credit limit charts (used vs remaining) for agents, and
- Prepaid capacity vs consumed units and pay-as-you-go billed units at the tenant/environment level.
