3. If expecting a Microsoft certification or exam-based badge
   • Verify that the credential actually exists and is earned by checking the certification or exam details pages in Microsoft Learn.
   • Ensure sign-in is with the same Microsoft account used for the class or exam.
   • If a certification or badge is missing after confirming the above, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further help.

If the class does not map to an official Microsoft credential, achievement, or Challenge, nothing further can be done in Microsoft Learn to make it appear under Achievements.
