Help! Cannot access Azure AD B2C directories even as Global Admin

I am hoping someone can help with an Azure AD B2C access issue.
We have multiple directories within our tenant: Live, Dev, UAT, and Pre Prod.
As an admin, I can access the Live and Dev directories without any problems. However, although I can see UAT and Pre Prod listed at the tenant level, I am unable to access either of them.
For context:
- Dev B2C sits in the Dev resource group
- Live B2C sits in the Live resource group
- UAT B2C and Pre Prod B2C are both in the UAT resource group
The individual who originally set these up has now left the organisation, so we do not have their input.
Even with a Global Administrator role assigned, we are still unable to access the UAT and Pre Prod directories.
Has anyone seen this before or can suggest how to regain access to these directories?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Going forward for Tenant lockout issue, please comment the below and follow up once, post that close it as Redirect support
Based on the details you’ve shared, this appears to be a tenant lockout scenario.
To resolve this, the recommended approach is to contact the Microsoft Data Protection team. You can reach them by calling Microsoft Customer Service using the phone numbers listed here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.
If you have access to another tenant or subscription where you still have Global Administrator privileges, you may also raise a support request from there to get assistance in restoring access to the affected tenant.
