I'm having a problem completing a Microsoft certificate purchase, specifically during the last step. In the past, this had always worked, most recently successfully two years ago. The following error appears: Microsoft-Registrierungen sind für xxx momentan nicht zugelassen. Richten Sie Ihre Fragen bitte an Ihre Pearson VUE-Buchugszentrale. Translate: Microsoft registrations are currently not permitted for xxxx. Please direct your questions to your Pearson VUE bookstore.

I have also contacted Person VUE but they can´t help me.

The Pearson VUE response indicates that the testing account is permanently blocked, and Pearson VUE has directed contact to Microsoft. In this situation, only Microsoft’s Credentials Support team can review and potentially change the status of the certification testing eligibility.

    To proceed:

    1. Go to Credentials Support at the dedicated help entry point:
      • Use the "For all other Microsoft Certification issues" path described under Credentials Support and open a case with the Credentials Support team: Credentials support.
    2. In the support request, provide:
      • Full legal name exactly as on the Microsoft Certification/Learn profile.
      • Registration ID (for example, MS0430228890).
      • A description of the error message shown when trying to register.
      • The Pearson VUE email stating that the account is permanently blocked and that Microsoft must be contacted.
    3. Wait for the Credentials Support team’s response and follow any instructions they provide. Only they can investigate the block, coordinate with Pearson VUE if needed, and determine whether the account can be unlocked or if any exam program restrictions apply.

If any additional issues arise with exam appointment or scheduling after the block is resolved, Pearson VUE Support can then be contacted again using the links listed under exam delivery partners.
