SC-200 Challenge not working

Use the Microsoft Learn profile and Challenges pages to verify and restore the SC-200 Challenge view.

1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile
   • Ensure the sign-in account is the same one used when registering for the SC-200 Challenge and tracking progress.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or accounts exist, sign out and try other personal/work/school accounts until the expected activity appears.
2. Check the Challenges pages
   • Go to the Challenges home page and look for the SC-200 Challenge card.
   • Also open the Learn profile Challenges view at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/challenges to see active and past Challenges from the last 30 days.
   • If the Challenge ended, it may appear under past/completed Challenges rather than active ones.
3. Verify progress and completion
   • On the Challenge card or leaderboard page, use the “where you stand” section to confirm how many modules were completed (for example, 8/8 or 20/20). If the fraction shows 100%, the Challenge is complete; otherwise, continue the remaining modules.
4. If the Challenge or activity still does not appear
   • Confirm again that the correct account is used (especially if exams or credentials are tied to another profile).
   • If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance with the Learn profile and Challenge visibility.
