Hello kirbstir,
How do you have your system setup to constantly have all these issues. Are you dual-booting or something else going on in your system.

Windows 11 25H2 26200.8521 Release Preview
After running the Dism commands I ran SFC/Scannow.
It came back with it had found corrupt files and repaired them.
running Sfc/scannow right after it came back unable to repair them.
So if the 1st one fixed them, then why did the 2nd one find unrepairable items that the 1st one fixed?
Has anyone else seen this?

Hello kirbster 1,
It might be just my assumption, but I believe the mismatch in the scan results could be the results of the lack of restarting.
Some repairs need a reboot to be completed, before the system is restarted, it will be in a state of "Pending repair". Since you accidentally run another scan in the system, SFC noticed that the corrupted files are not yet replaced and return "can't fix" message.
In this case, can you please try to restart the PC first and run the scan again to see how it goes?
I'm waiting for your reply.
