my microsoft account got hacked and somebody got access to which i am logged into with Windows, Minecraft, Xbox, Riot Games, Valorant and Outlook and where i made several purchases. They deleted my original alias and changed it into a different account and mine got deleted. I completely lost access to all of my services, my Word files which had my school informations and lessons, my games, purchases etc.

I have tried multiple times to fill up the recovery form with legitimate informations i have with literal proof. For example when i would make a purchase it would automatically get sent to my gmail, so i still have proof that it is my account, but in vain they said i am not the owner when its literally ai that answers.

I tried contacting a live agent, nothing. For some reason they say its unavailable and i cant get in touch with any agent. I tried calling the number they have on their website, nothing works.

Now everything is gone, my accounts, my games, my purchases, when i have literal proof that its my account.

Now i got sent an email which i dont know whether is legitimate or another attempt to phishing me. It was not marked as dangerous by gmail but after getting hacked i genuinely have my doubts.

Here is the mail i got sent which idk if its real or not:

Hello,

I am with Microsoft Support and would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your Microsoft account recovery request. To further assist you, some additional information is required to validate ownership. If you do not reply with the required information within 3 business days, we will close your service request.

Please use the information that you know to be associated with the account, even if it may have changed. If the account was hacked and the information has been changed, we will still attempt to validate the account based on the information associated prior to the change.

Please note, if you fail to provide any of the requested information, we will not be able to proceed with our investigation.

The most expedient way to verify you are the account owner is to provide as much information as possible. For questions that have multiple answers, such as names of Hotmail folders, subjects and contacts, provide 3 or 4 answers instead of 1. If the postal code could be one of 2 or 3, provide all of them. Provide precise information. For example, instead of saying that you have Facebook e-mail, give the exact text 'Facebook Notification – Friend request from John Doe.' The more information you provide and the more specific you are with it, the more likely you are to pass the account verification process.

Please reply to this email with the information requested below:
