Case Number 1057236512 Need Human assistance

Case Number 1057236512 has not been resolved. When I call Microsoft at the suggested number on the email which has the Case Number I cannot get through as the 'answering service' will not allow me to either contact a human or leave a message by which a Microsoft employee can contact me. I've dealt with the Microsoft Co-Pilot on a number of occasions and WE HAVE BEEN BLOCKED on resolving this concern.
