Bing | Microsoft Rewards
A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
Auto-redeem for a specific reward will not complete setup unless all standard Microsoft Rewards redemption conditions are met for that item and region.
From the screenshot, the account has 7,542 of the 8,750 points required for the $10 Xbox gift card. Until the full 8,750 points are available and the offer is valid in the account’s country/region, the Set auto-redeem button remains unavailable and the flow cannot be finished. This is expected behavior, not a general bug.
To proceed:
- Earn enough points so the balance meets or exceeds 8,750 for that reward.
- Make sure Microsoft Rewards is being used in the same region it was registered in and without a VPN or VoIP number when redeeming, as these can block redemptions.
- Once the points requirement is met and the offer is available in that region, return to the Auto Redeem page and complete setup.
If the account meets the points requirement and regional rules and the button is still disabled, use the Rewards Support channel referenced in the FAQs to contact Microsoft Rewards Support.
