I'm trying to become a microsoft partner, however enrollment keeps getting blocked.

I'm trying to become a microsoft partner, however enrollment keeps getting blocked and no workspaces are created so i cant contact support via the AI assistant. I have a reference number which was supplied with the blocked request but no way to submit it to support. This is frustrating me!
