Microsoft Entra External ID customer tenant branding text gets automatically reset to default values
Issue Summary: In a Microsoft Entra External ID customer tenant, under:
Company Branding → Default sign-in experience → Text tab
I configured custom:
Sign-in page title
Sign-in page description
The changes are applied successfully at first and the default Microsoft text is replaced on the sign-in page.
However, after some time, the custom text gets automatically removed/reset and the default Microsoft title and description appear again without any manual changes.
Expected Behavior: The custom branding text configured in the Text tab should remain persistent until manually updated by an administrator.
Actual Behavior: The custom title and description are automatically cleared/reset after some time, causing the default Microsoft text to reappear on the sign-in page.
Environment:
- Microsoft Entra External ID (Customer tenant)
Default sign-in experience branding
Browser-based sign-in flow
