Need help releasing Azure resource host name reservations

Du to me being an idiot, I accidentally created an Azure Function App and a Storage Account in the wrong tenant/subscription, but even after deleting all resources I'm still unable to re-create them in the correct tenant/subscription using the same resource names due to Azure security (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/troubleshooting/error-storage-account-name?tabs=bicep#cause-2), so it would seem I need help from MS support in releasing the host name reservations.

Thanks for the confirmation, glad the issue is resolved.

We released hostnames of Function app and Storage account from backend.

As informed earlier, Key vault has soft delete enable and a retention period of 90 days, so you will need to delete and purge it to release the name. See Azure Key Vault recovery overview | Microsoft Learn.
