Unable to access the hardware developer dashboard but The account verification status is Authorized. And unable to submit work orders through standard channels due to tenant issues.

Confirmed account verification status as below
- Legal Info Review Status: Authorized; 2. EV code signing certificate status: Active protocol status;
Please help me check why the account cannot display the hardware development module.

EDIT: Try clicking your profile icon in the top right of the partner portal and see if you see another organization you can click on. Then you may see hardware on your dashboard.
