Since Microsoft physical stores are closed near me, how can I get money back thats on my physical gift card. The only store available is in NY and tried to use there but they cannot scan that due to old gift card and asked to get money wired by contacting Microsoft support? Asking help to find what are my options? or which number to call. Already have tried going online to redeem gift card number but its not working
