I believe I created the Pennsylvania State University when I was a student at PSU. I don't have access to that email address anymore (I checked). How do I remove that tenant from my dashboard? I am attempting to study for Azure certification exams, and it is annoying the heck out of me having a tenant there that does not seem to be able to be removed.

The Penn State tenant is an organization you’re a member of, not one you own, so it can’t be deleted from the dashboard. It can only be left.

Use the Entra admin center to leave that organization:

    1. Go to https://entra.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account that shows the Penn State tenant.
    2. In the top menu, open SettingsDirectories + subscriptionsManage tenants.
    3. In the tenants list, locate the Penn State organization.
    4. Select the checkbox next to that organization and choose Leave.

After leaving, that tenant will no longer appear in the tenant list for that account.
