Copilot Sensitive Info Types (SIT) Data Loss Prevention Policy (DLP) not working.

I've reviewed my policy an endless amount of times and also tested with an endless amount of different SIT's in order to try to trigger the policy to block, but the chat continues to process the information, and I do not get any alerts of any DLP policies that have been applied. I've had the policy turned ON for months already so it is not a propagation issue.

The account I'm testing on has a business standard license and I'm testing with Copilot chat (basic), which according to the KB's should be supported.

I'm certain this is a rollout issue, but is there anyway to fully confirm it has not been rolled out yet? I've looked everywhere and can't find any confirmation in my client's tenant.
