I have incorrectly entered company email instead of personal email ID.

Kindly make changes to the email.

The email address on an Azure training / Microsoft Learn-related profile cannot be directly changed from a company email to a personal email by support or via a simple “switch.” Instead, an additional sign-in (alias) must be added and profiles can be linked/merged where supported.

For Microsoft Learn / certification profiles:

    1. It isn’t possible to migrate or transfer a certification/Learn profile completely from one email account to another.
    2. Multiple login accounts can be added to the same Learn profile and then linked/merged so that one profile is used with more than one sign-in.
    3. Follow the guidance under “add login accounts to your learn profile” and “can I merge two profiles of mine into one” to consolidate access rather than changing the primary email itself.

If the issue is a general Microsoft account sign-in (for Teams Free, Outlook.com, etc.):

    1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft (https://account.live.com/names/Manage).
    2. Select Add email and add the personal email address.
    3. Verify it, then select Make primary to make the personal email the primary alias.
    4. Optionally remove the old company email alias once the personal email is primary (note that removing an alias that is an Outlook/Hotmail/Live/MSN address permanently deletes that alias and it cannot be reused on another account).

If there are two separate Microsoft accounts (one with company email, one with personal email):

    1. Accounts cannot be merged.
    2. Data, purchases, and subscriptions from one account cannot be moved to the other.
    3. The only supported approach is to close the unneeded account (after changing its primary alias if desired) and then optionally add that email as an alias to the remaining account, if allowed by the alias rules.

Because account and email changes can affect access to subscriptions, certifications, and data, review what is stored under each account before removing or closing anything.
