Banned for making LFG post

Hi, I was falsely banned out of nowhere for making an LFG post in GTA online, it’s only 24 hours so it’s not a big deal and it’s my first ban. Not to mention no way to appeal or contact support for help. How are people allowed to spam modded account and cheating LFGs on a 10 second cooldown and Microsoft is doing nothing about it? Your AI slop banned me for asking people to help me sell in a game with business. I now understand the word "sell" is a flag for your AI slop, but seriously please get it together, I’ve done a ton of research and this issue has been ongoing for years, not just in GTA but other games as well.
