I have completed the modules before 2 days. It is still not reflecting my progress on the leaderboard in AI-900

The leaderboard and “where you stand” sections can take a few hours to refresh and are not always real-time. If modules were completed 2 days ago and progress is still not reflected, the following checks and actions are recommended based on the AI Challenge guidance:

1. Confirm sign-in status
   • Ensure the same Microsoft Learn account was used both to:
     • Join the AI-900-related Challenge, and
     • Complete the modules.
   • If modules were completed while not signed in or under a different account, they will not count toward the Challenge leaderboard.
2. Verify Challenge completion view
   • Go to the Challenges home page and locate the specific AI Challenge.
   • Check the “where you stand” section or progress bar. The Challenge is complete when the fraction equals 100% (for example, 8/8 or 20/20).
3. Check recent Challenge activity
   • Open the Microsoft Learn profile Challenges view at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/challenges to see activity from the past 30 days and confirm the Challenge and modules are associated with the profile.
4. Allow for refresh delay
   • The documentation notes that the leaderboard and “where you stand” sections may take a few hours to refresh. If it has only been a short time since completion, wait and recheck later.
5. Report technical issues with modules
   • If the issue appears to be with a module not registering as complete (for example, sandbox, knowledge check, or module page not completing), report it via the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/troubleshooting.

If, after confirming the correct account and allowing time for refresh, the leaderboard still does not reflect progress, capturing screenshots of the Challenge page and module completion and submitting them through the troubleshooting page is the recommended next step.
