For current Microsoft certification sweepstakes and challenges, discount vouchers are not sent immediately after completing the challenge. Timing depends on which challenge was completed:

Microsoft Ignite Challenge Sweepstakes
- After completing one of the Ignite challenges, an entry must be submitted via the sweepstakes entry form before the sweepstakes period ends.
- Winners are drawn weekly starting November 25, 2025, with the final drawing on December 16, 2025.
- Winners are notified within seven (7) days of the drawing.
- The notification email comes from “MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE” and includes the 50% discount voucher and redemption steps.
- Vouchers must be used to schedule and take the exam by April 30, 2026.
Microsoft Credentials AI Challenge Sweepstakes
- After earning an eligible Microsoft Applied Skills credential and submitting the sweepstakes entry form by March 2, 2026, entries go into weekly drawings.
- Drawings run weekly starting February 4, 2026, with the final drawing on March 4, 2026.
- Winners are notified within seven (7) days of the applicable drawing.
- The email is sent from “MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE” with the 50% discount voucher and redemption instructions.
- Vouchers must be used to schedule and take the exam by June 30, 2026.

If the challenge has just been completed, wait until after the relevant drawing window plus up to seven days for notification. If no email from “MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE” arrives after that period, verify that:

The sweepstakes entry form was submitted within the stated dates, and
The email address in the form is being checked (including junk/spam folders).

Only entrants randomly selected as winners receive a 50% discount voucher.
